HIGH-DENSITY A/D D/A OPTION HDADDA2
The HDADDA2 is an optional mixed-signal module that can provide waveform generator (WG), waveform digitizer (WD), voltage reference (Vref), and PMU test capabilities, which integrated into the 3680 SoC test system. Each module has 32 channel waveform generators, 8 channel Digitizers, 32 channel Vref, and 8 channel PMUs that can be allocated into the individual slots of 3680 SoC system, and maximum can support up to 4 modules in 3680 SoC system.
With a maximum of 500 KHz instrument sampling rate and density, it can meet the performance required by 12 bits AD/DA test with truly parallel test per each WG and WD channel and can accomplish multisite testing with a lower cost of test.
The CRISPro software environment provides a powerful tool for the user to setup the HDADDA2 via a Graphic User Interface (GUI). The coding based on the user-friendly environment can produce test programs quickly and easily to implement concurrent functions for complex and multi-function SoC devices with a lower cost of test (COT) requirement.
